Uwa Agbonile, CEO

As a pioneer in the high technology sector who spearheaded and introduced Cloud computing and
Software As A Service (SaaS) in the Nigerian Market, Uwa Agbonile is a high energy, fiscally conscious
and goal driven technology executive who approaches each new business challenge with his intrinsic
flair for innovation, creative problem-solving, and measured risk-taking to deliver high ROI value
software products to customers.

Uwa Agbonile is the MD and Chief Software Architect of InfoWARE Limited a software solutions provider
for the financial services sector whose customers have consistently ranked it with having the best
customer service and customer satisfaction in the industry in the past 2 years running. Uwa is also a
Managing Partner in Solutaris LLC based in the United States which is the technical partner to InfoWARE
Limited.

Prior to becoming the MD of InfoWARE Limited, Uwa had worked at Citibank, Chevron and Microsoft.
While at Microsoft, Uwa had an outstanding career over a 10 year period during which he worked in a
variety of positions and was recipient of 3 Corporate VP awards in such an amazing short period. Uwa
performed several job functions including that of Program Manager, Developer and rose quickly through the ranks to become a Senior Lead/Manager in the SQL Server Engine group. Uwa was highly regarded and respected and was credited with running the most efficient team in his organization.

Recognized as a high potential, Uwa went from managing a small part of the team responsible for
delivering Microsoft’s native data access stack (one of the most critical and most widely used software
component in Microsoft Windows and SQL Server) to owning the entire stack across Microsoft Windows
and Microsoft SQL Server with a large team that spanned multiple continents; Microsoft Redmond’s
campus in the US, Vancouver BC, Canada, Shanghai, China and Bangalore, India. Due to Uwa’s strong
technical, strategic and management skills, Uwa’s portfolio in Microsoft was first increased to f
encompass ownership of the Data Access API stack for all of Microsoft Windows operating system (Vista
and XP) as well as the C++ API stack for Microsoft SQL Server 2005 and 2008. When Microsoft decided to build new JDBC and PHP from the ground up, the task of delivering these products in the highest quality to customers was assigned to Uwa in addition to his existing portfolio. He successfully led these teams to deliver multiple versions of JDBC (1.0 to 2.0) and PHP 1.0 to Microsoft customers and developers
across the world with rave reviews.

Prior to working for Microsoft, Uwa worked for Chevron where he developed applications for the
Finance operations and these applications were used across multiple continents. He also worked in
Citibank where he was a developer writing banking applications and where he also got a number of
Excellence awards.

Uwa holds a Masters of Business Administration in Finance, with a Bachelor of Engineering degree in
Electronic Engineering. Recognized as one of the top technology executives in Nigeria, he has been
interviewed on Television (including DBN television) as well as most of the leading Nigerian newspapers
including Guardian and Punch to name a few. He was also interviewed and his company InfoWARE
profiled in the Africa wide publication, IT Telecom & Digest Magazine. Uwa is also a member of IEEE and
