Management Experience

InfoWARE is led by Uwa Agbonile who has an MBA, has banking experience having worked in Citibank. He also spent 10 years working at Microsoft headquarters in Redmond where he was responsible for delivering high performance APIs to enterprise customers such as SAP and PeopleSoft. Throughout his career in Microsoft, Uwa consistently ranked in the 20th percentile (Less than 10% of the Microsoft population achieves this goal) and got multiple Corporate VP awards. He rose quickly and managed large and complex teams across several continents in North America (US and Canada), India and China. Uwa knows what it takes to design, build and deliver high quality software. For example, he drove and delivered MSRC 6906 one of the largest and complex security updates in Microsoft history which received over 300 million downloads in 1 week with less than a 0.001% failure rate. Uwa is also a member of IEEE and holds a US patent #7509538
